1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MD PROBE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
MD PROBE provides a public-safety tool for verifying Malaysian aesthetic medical practitioners and clinics, checking disciplinary records, and accessing educational content. Results are aggregated from publicly available sources and are not a substitute for official verification or professional advice.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use MD PROBE lawfully and in good faith. You must not submit false, misleading, defamatory, or malicious content, including reports about practitioners, clinics, or other individuals.
4. Reports and Submissions
When you submit a report or any other content through MD PROBE, you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the legal right to submit it. MD PROBE reserves the right to review, moderate, remove, or disclose submissions to authorities where required by law.
5. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold MD Probe, its officers, and its affiliates harmless from any claim, loss, or damages (including legal costs) arising from any report you submit through the platform, including but not limited to claims of defamation, malicious falsehood, or breach of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
6. Limitation of Liability
MD PROBE is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MD Probe disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
7. Modifications
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the App or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
